Questions and Answers to your ONEDAY
Here we answer the questions that provide clarity about the ONEDAY offers.
What is ONEDAY Guiding?
ONEDAY Guiding is a targeted form of support that helps people who want to make progress to view challenges in a systemic context. It is often ingrained thought patterns that limit our perspective. ONEDAY Guiding gives you new perspectives that enable you to break through these thought patterns and discover innovative solutions.
Through dialogue, we sharpen your objectives and create idealized scenarios that serve as a compass for your development. Targeted questioning techniques and a well-founded approach to the conversation provide the impetus that stimulates the desired change process.
Relationships, structures and social systems influence our actions and thoughts. ONEDAY Guiding helps you to recognize and understand these dynamics. This enables you to implement the desired changes at the behavioral level in the context of the overall system. This enables you to integrate the solutions you find into your life in a sustainable way.
ONEDAY Guiding is much more than a method - it is a space for growth, development and self-realization.
Why does ONEDAY Guiding take place outdoors in nature?
We use nature as an inspiring framework to provide unique access to your inner self. In the natural environment, the analytical part of our thinking fades into the background, making it easier to listen to our intuition and find authentic answers.
Nature is a non-judgmental space and makes it easier to endure silence and concentrate on the essentials. The contrast to familiar surroundings encourages a change of perspective, which enables new insights.
In addition, the experience in nature remains vividly in your memory - it becomes a tangible experience that makes it easier to transfer into everyday life. This increases the likelihood that you will translate your findings into concrete actions.
Nature also serves as a source of inspiration.
ONEDAY Guiding combines these powerful elements to give you lasting impetus for your personal development.
Why does ONEDAY Guiding take place on the move?
ONEDAY Guiding consciously focuses on movement, as it creates a powerful connection between body and mind. When we move, the mind becomes freer and our view expands - not only of our surroundings, but also of our thoughts and feelings.
Movement stimulates blood circulation and metabolism, which in turn facilitates thinking and promotes creative processes. When walking, many people experience that solutions and ideas “start to flow” because movement stimulates inner dialog and releases rigid thought patterns.
Movement is also important symbolically: it stands for progress and change. As we move forward, change becomes tangible - a powerful experience that motivates and facilitates the transfer of insights into everyday life.
ONEDAY Guiding makes targeted use of this dynamic to support the development and achievement of your goals at all levels.
Why does ONEDAY take place for an entire day?
A whole day offers you the space and time you need to really immerse yourself in your topics. Without the usual interruptions of everyday life, an atmosphere is created that enables intensive reflection and promotes lasting insights.
This enables you to go deeper step by step: Initially, it is often about clearing your head and engaging with your surroundings and the guiding. Over the course of the day, you will be able to deal more and more with your questions, goals and potential - in a way that is rarely possible in shorter sessions.
The length of the process enables the integration of cognitive insights, images, emotions and feelings - and there is time to internalize new images and emotions. It also makes it possible to put developed patterns of change into practice.
ONEDAY Guiding uses the power of undivided time to initiate lasting change - a day that offers the opportunity to really arrive at yourself and see the next step clearly.
When are typical moments when a ONEDAY has a big impact?
An ONEDAY has a transformative effect, especially in times of transition - moments in which clarity, orientation and new perspectives are crucial.
Typical situations in which an ONEDAY is particularly helpful:
Beginning of a new strategy period: When it comes to sharpening focus, setting priorities and finding a clear direction.
Start of a new phase in life: Transitions such as a career change or the start of a new chapter in your life are ideal occasions to pause and consciously shape the next steps.
New role: Moving into a new level of responsibility requires self-reflection in order to position yourself authentically and develop your own leadership vision.
Moving to a different management level: The associated challenges require a clear attitude and a heightened awareness of one's own impact and the interaction within the team and company.
ONEDAY Guiding also offers the opportunity to gain distance and recognize new solutions in phases in which entrenched patterns need to be broken or when you are in a complex decision-making process.
What methods are used for ONEDAY Guiding?
ONEDAY Guiding uses a customized set of methods to provide you with targeted guidance and support your development. The selection of methods depends on your individual needs and goals. Typical approaches include

What if the relationship with my guide does not feel right?
The quality of the relationship with your guide contributes significantly to success and can influence up to 40% of the result. You will therefore be asked to assess the relationship with your guide after the preliminary meeting. You always have the option of changing your guide after the preliminary meeting, continuing your process elsewhere or canceling it.
Does my guide need industry knowledge or experience in my professional field?
It is a widespread and quite understandable wish on the part of clients that the guide should have industry knowledge. However, this is by no means mandatory. As ONEDAY Guiding is not a consultancy service, but rather empowers people to solve their challenges independently, industry knowledge is not necessary. The advantage of a lack of industry knowledge is often that the guide has a fresh perspective on the topics.
